Strategic Coordinator to the CEO

About the role

The Strategic Coordinator to the CEO will act as the central hub for all professional activities of the Chief Executive Officer at TopBoffin. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role ensures seamless coordination across core operations, external ventures, and executive administration while managing a demanding schedule across UK and Pakistan time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the CEO’s complete professional portfolio, including core operations, secondary ventures, and external commitments.
• Own and optimise the daily calendar, balancing internal demands, external meetings, and high‑priority personal tasks.
• Plan and execute travel arrangements, meeting preparations, research, and task‑tracking to maximise the CEO’s strategic focus.
• Attend critical meetings, prepare agendas, take comprehensive notes and track follow‑up actions.
• Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing) to ensure accountability and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and streamline internal procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary professional point of contact for UK clients, partners, vendors, and internal staff.
• Draft executive communications, briefings and manage highly confidential documents and records.
