Summits Sponsorship Sales Executive

About the role

Marcus Evans is seeking a Summits Sponsorship Sales Executive to drive branded partnership sales for its invitation‑only Summits. You will work directly with senior decision‑makers and C‑level executives, matching their brand objectives with high‑visibility sponsorship opportunities at elite events.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Summit partnership packages to senior decision‑makers attending the Summits.
• Collaborate with C‑level executives to understand brand visibility goals and recommend appropriate sponsorship options.
• Build and maintain a robust prospecting pipeline to generate new sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through contracting and delivery of partnership benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status.
• Nurture post‑sale relationships to secure re‑books and renewals for future Summits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in conference or event sponsorship, or B2B event sales.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and resilient in overcoming challenges.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
