About the role

Career141, a two‑decade‑old executive search firm, is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support its remote recruitment operations. You will work closely with senior consultants to identify future leaders and help build a professional network across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in sourcing and outreach for executive and junior level positions.
• Support the development and maintenance of a LinkedIn network of 500‑5,000 connections.
• Conduct market and candidate research to inform recruitment strategies.
• Help prepare candidate shortlists and maintain confidential candidate data.
• Participate in the creation of talent pipelines and follow‑up communications.

Required profile

• Possess an active LinkedIn network of 500‑5,000 connections.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, resilience and integrity.
• Show willingness to continuously expand industry knowledge and professional networks.
• Adaptable, results‑oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly stipend of PKR 20,000 – 40,000.
• Quarterly incentive ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 180,000.
• Yearly performance‑based bonus.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
