Talent Acquisition Manager – SaaS Recruitment Lead

About the role

Clarisync, a fast‑growing SaaS company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for technical roles such as product management, software engineering, DevOps and AI/ML. The role is based in Lahore and will manage a small team of recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of two recruiters.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for product, engineering, DevOps, SQA and AI/ML positions.
• Use ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) to manage pipelines, automate workflows and produce dashboards.
• Conduct advanced Boolean searches on LinkedIn and other sources to engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain recruitment analytics dashboards to track hiring metrics.
• Standardize interview and screening processes to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring plans with workforce analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment partners as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition for technology roles within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small recruitment team.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building recruitment dashboards.
• Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent collaboration skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
