Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader by sourcing, engaging and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. The role is fully remote and focuses on full‑cycle recruiting while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
