Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a remote basis. In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of open roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates.
• Assist with onboarding activities and ensure new‑hire documentation is completed accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
