Team Lead Electrical – O&M Station Management

About the role

The Team Lead Electrical will manage a dedicated electrical maintenance team for a combined‑cycle power plant, ensuring high reliability, availability, quality and EHS performance. Based in Sahiwal, the role focuses on safe, economical and efficient execution of all electrical maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical maintenance work with Operations and other departments.
• Perform FMEA on equipment, instruments, valves and spare parts and develop PM and PdM plans based on RPN scores.
• Assign, supervise and review preventive and corrective maintenance jobs as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of faults, trips or failures and drive corrective actions.
• Plan, schedule and execute planned outages in line with the annual maintenance plan.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports and ensure proper documentation in the CMMS.
• Assess spare‑part requirements, raise purchase requisitions and approve technical quotations.
• Support EHS initiatives, conduct tool and PPE checks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (PEC accredited).
• Minimum five years of experience in combined‑cycle power plant electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of generator and transformer protection systems, excitation systems, protection relay testing and grid protection.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team, plan outages and manage spare‑part inventories.
