About the role
Motive is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join its Global Technical Support organization. You will act as the primary technical liaison for strategic, enterprise, and mid‑market customers, delivering white‑glove service, proactive account health programs, and expert technical guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned strategic, enterprise, and mid‑market accounts.
- Maintain and improve account‑specific technical documentation and drive proactive health campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support Engineers to resolve escalated cases and implement hardware, data, or process fixes.
- Perform root‑cause analysis using data tools and communicate findings to senior technical teams.
- Provide coaching, training recommendations, and feature consultation to customers.
- Ensure response quality, timeliness, and high customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical account management or a similar customer‑facing technical support role.
- Strong ability to build and maintain proactive partnerships with technical contacts.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams.
