Technical Project Manager – ERP Solutions

About the role

Softaxe is seeking a Technical Project Manager to act as the bridge between clients and the development team for ERP solutions. You will translate business workflows into technical requirements, oversee deployments, and ensure the delivered product meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement‑elicitation meetings with clients to capture detailed business processes.
• Convert client needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for developers.
• Manage post‑delivery support, ensuring smooth deployment and addressing functional gaps.
• Collaborate with the development team to monitor progress and maintain software quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical lead, business analyst, or project management role.
• Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Based in Multan or willing to work on‑site at the Multan office.
