Technical Project Manager

About the role

Ozoned Digital, an InsurTech company focused on modernising the insurance value chain, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software development initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional scrum teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and clear visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain practical plans for software development projects.
• Organise and facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, guiding teams toward self‑organisation.
• Provide transparency through information radiators such as sprint burndown and release burndown charts using Jira or advanced Excel.
• Run daily stand‑up meetings and support decision‑making processes to enable rapid inspection and adaptation.
• Act as a safeguard, motivator, facilitator, mediator, communicator and organiser, fostering a productive environment where team members own the product.
• Apply techniques to fill gaps in the scrum process and ensure adherence to agile frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a software house.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and resolve conflicts with honesty and respect.
