Technical Recruiter – AI-Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

This position focuses on developing and refining an AI‑powered recruitment tool called Zara, automating candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to design scalable machine‑learning solutions that improve hiring efficiency and reduce bias.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models to enhance candidate matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and third‑party job platforms via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine AI training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning and natural‑language processing.
• Experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation tools.
• Knowledge of data extraction, integration, and ethical AI principles.
