Telesales Agent – UK Energy Campaign (Lahore)

About the role
Jordans World Communications is expanding its operations in Gulberg and is looking for energetic Telesales Agents to join a UK Energy campaign. The role is based at Al Hafeez Executive, Block C3, Gulberg III, and offers a structured training program to help you succeed in outbound sales.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone to promote UK energy products.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Record interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall campaign goals.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to sales techniques.
Required skills
What we offer
- Fixed salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 PKR per month.
