Telesales Business Consultant

About the role

The Telesales Business Consultant will join Smart Way Accounting and Tax Services in Lahore to drive outbound sales activities. Working on the morning shift, you will engage customers via phone, email and chat to promote the company’s product portfolio and achieve conversion targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Respond to inbound emails and live‑chat inquiries promptly.
• Present product features, pricing and availability with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in clear, professional English.
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Previous experience in telesales or call‑center environments is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
