Telesales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a confident and results‑driven Telesales Specialist to generate qualified acquisition leads for gas stations across the United States. You will work onsite in Lahore, making outbound calls to property owners and building relationships that drive our client’s commercial real‑estate pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to owners of gas stations and commercial properties.
• Introduce the company, discuss potential sale opportunities and qualify owners based on interest, timeline, pricing expectations, and property details.
• Schedule follow‑up calls and appointments for the acquisitions team.
• Maintain accurate lead information and call notes in Microsoft Excel.
• Follow up with existing prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
• Meet daily and weekly outbound call and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
• Strong English proficiency with a neutral accent.
• Positive, professional attitude and excellent verbal communication.
• Goal‑oriented, persistent and able to work independently.
• Organized, reliable and self‑motivated.
