About the role
foodpanda is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join its Talent Pool in Pakistan. Reporting to the Senior Area Sales Manager, you will help expand the platform’s restaurant and grocery partner network, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support for vendors across the city.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with prospective vendors and deliver tailored onboarding training.
- Onboard new shops and restaurants, coordinating closely with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management and Content teams.
- Research accounts, identify decision‑makers and generate interest in foodpanda’s services.
- Oversee newly onboarded vendors, driving operational excellence and monitoring commercial performance.
- Develop vendors post‑acquisition, supporting their incubation and growth on the platform.
- Manage and resolve vendor inquiries, issues and escalations, ensuring a high‑quality partner experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with external partners.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams to meet vendor needs.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
