TikTok Shop Operations & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly technical, AI‑savvy TikTok Shop Operations & Logistics Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of our TikTok Shop presence for a US makeup brand. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will drive growth through SEO‑rich listings, ad performance, and seamless logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize product listings with SEO‑rich titles and descriptions; design storefront banners and product images using Canva.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop ads to drive GMV while maintaining efficient spend and high ROAS.
• Configure shipping templates, manage daily order flows, and oversee logistics to prevent delays.
• Monitor Seller Performance Score and customer reviews daily, maintaining a top‑tier brand reputation.
• Enter and manage promotions, vouchers, and flash sales; collaborate with TikTok account managers for platform campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools for content personalization, keyword research, and operational automation.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in social commerce or e‑commerce platform management.
• Strong organizational and execution focus with attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling multiple moving pieces in a fast‑growth environment.
• Collaborative communicator who works well across teams and external partners.
• Data‑driven mindset motivated by measurable results.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and its search/discoverability algorithms.
• Proficiency in Canva for visual asset creation.
• Experience with order management, shipping rules, warehouse mapping, and fulfillment tracking.
• Ability to run and optimize TikTok Shop ads.
• Use of AI tools for copywriting, personalization, and productivity.
• Competence with tracking tools, spreadsheets, and performance reporting.
