Vice President, Human Resources

About the role

The Vice President, Human Resources will serve as a senior people leader and trusted advisor to the executive team for i2c’s Lahore operations. This role translates business strategy into talent, organizational and workforce priorities that drive growth, transformation and operational excellence at scale. The VP will balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution to build a high‑performance, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior and executive leaders to convert business strategy into an integrated people, talent and organization agenda.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy and large‑scale change management.
• Champion a people‑first, high‑performance culture grounded in accountability, inclusion and engagement.
• Oversee core People processes including performance management, promotions, compensation, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Employee Relations and Learning to deliver integrated solutions.
• Strengthen leadership effectiveness through role clarity, decision effectiveness and follow‑through.
• Guide complex and sensitive people matters with sound judgment, discretion and empathy.
• Leverage data, insights and AI‑enabled approaches to diagnose issues, inform decisions and drive actions on engagement, capability, performance and organizational health.

Required profile

• Executive presence with strong judgment and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven experience as a pragmatic, business‑minded HR executive in a fast‑growing organization.
• Comfortable moving between strategy formulation and hands‑on execution.
• Track record of simplifying complex problems and delivering scalable solutions.
• Ability to balance people needs with commercial and operational realities.
