Video Editor Intern (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and creative Video Editor Intern to join the post‑production team at Infotainment Academy’s CEGA hub in Lahore. The three‑month internship provides hands‑on training in high‑retention storytelling and the chance to move into a permanent, paid position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• Apply visual pacing, retention metrics and sound‑design principles to maximise audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the post‑production team on storytelling projects.
• Maintain visual continuity and narrative flow across edits.
• Incorporate feedback and creative direction.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of YouTube video pacing and audience engagement.
• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.
• University students in their 3rd or 4th year or fresh graduates interested in digital/commercial video editing.
