Visa Consultant - UK, USA & Schengen

About the role

OS Travel & Tours is seeking an experienced Visa Consultant to assist clients with UK, USA and Schengen visit visas. The role involves guiding applicants through the entire visa journey, from initial consultation to final submission.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on eligibility and required documentation for UK, USA and Schengen visit visas.
• Collect, verify and organize passports, bank statements, employment letters, invitation letters, hotel bookings and travel insurance.
• Complete and review online visa application forms with accuracy.
• Guide clients on appointment scheduling, biometrics, interviews and submission procedures.
• Identify gaps in documentation and recommend additional requirements.
• Follow up on submitted cases, provide timely status updates and handle client queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

Required profile

• Practical experience handling UK, USA and Schengen visa cases.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and application processes.
• Excellent English communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Professional attitude with ability to meet deadlines.
