Warehouse Lead

About the role

Khushposh, a fast‑growing apparel brand in Pakistan, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to own and improve daily warehouse operations. The role goes beyond basic inventory tasks, focusing on problem‑solving, process optimisation, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities, ensuring accurate picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Identify and resolve operational issues before they become costly.
• Design and refine warehouse layouts, workflows and SOPs to boost efficiency.
• Supervise, train and support warehouse assistants.
• Monitor dispatch performance, productivity and on‑time delivery.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement long‑term fixes.
• Coordinate with production and office teams for smooth stock movement.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and scalable.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory operations (preferred).
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team (preferred).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and accountable.
• Strong problem‑identification and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
• High integrity and trustworthiness with inventory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic computer software.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (a plus).
