Accounts Executive – Home Textile Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team at a leading home‑textile manufacturing and export company in Lahore. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the senior management with timely reports.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, vouchers, invoices and receipts.
• Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers.
• Prepare bank, supplier, customer and general‑ledger reconciliations.
• Handle petty cash, record sales, purchases and expense entries.
• Assist in month‑end closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Follow up on customer receivables and supplier payments, prepare aging reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehouse, production and logistics departments.
• Support payroll processing, employee advances and statutory tax compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting assistance to senior management.

Required profile

• B.Com, M.Com, ACCA (part‑qualified) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in textile/manufacturing/export.
• Full‑time availability in Lahore, Pakistan.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP/AR and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
