Commercial Insurance Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Insurance Operations Coordinator provides dedicated back‑office support to a U.S. commercial insurance team, handling policy documentation, data entry, certificates, endorsements, renewals and workflow management using Applied Epic and carrier portals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume, accurate data entry in Applied Epic and update records from carrier portals.
• Issue, review and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and Evidence of Property forms.
• Build and maintain commercial account schedules for equipment, property and vehicles.
• Process endorsements, policy changes and renewal applications, ensuring audit‑ready records.
• Prepare daily End‑of‑Day reports summarising completed, pending and outstanding tasks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Applied Epic and commercial lines insurance.
• Strong understanding of U.S. commercial insurance policies, coverages, endorsements and ACORD forms.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high‑volume, repetitive back‑office workflows independently.
