About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to lead the administrative and facility functions of our Islamabad office. The role will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintain a safe and efficient workplace, and support cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day administrative and office operations
Oversee facilities, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and office supplies
Manage vendors, contractors, procurement, and administrative expenses
Supervise administrative and support staff
Maintain assets, records, contracts, and administrative documentation
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative SOPs
Identify process gaps and implement improvements

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field
8–10 years of relevant administrative experience
Strong vendor, facilities, procurement, and team‑management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
