Amazon Compliance Officer

About the role

GK Hair, a global professional haircare brand, is seeking an experienced Amazon Compliance Officer to protect its Amazon accounts, maintain a healthy Account Health Rating, and quickly restore blocked listings across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance notifications and keep Account Health Rating within Amazon targets.
• Resolve policy violations, including IP, authenticity, restricted products, listing, and review issues.
• Submit well‑documented appeals and reinstatement requests for suppressed or removed listings.
• Manage Brand Registry tools to report counterfeit, hijacker, and infringing listings.
• Handle KYC verification, account security, and password management.
• Complete monthly EPR packaging registrations and Hazmat review appeals.
• Maintain product compliance documentation such as safety data sheets and certificates.
• Coordinate with Digital Sales, Supply Chain, and IT on cross‑functional compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E‑Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central across multiple marketplaces.
• Proven record of successful appeals and listing reinstatements.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, Brand Registry, and IP complaint handling.
• Familiarity with EPR registration, Hazmat reviews, and restricted‑product compliance.
