Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst will provide technical leadership and support for programme monitoring, evaluation, results measurement, data management, learning and reporting within UNDP’s Rule of Law Programme in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and refinement of the programme’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan, including indicators, baselines, targets and data‑flow systems.
• Establish and maintain databases and data‑management systems, ensure data quality, conduct validation and develop visualisation tools and dashboards for results monitoring.
• Coordinate evaluations, assessments, surveys and research assignments, and produce timely, accurate and analytical reports for donors and corporate processes.
• Promote gender‑responsive M&E by collecting and analysing disaggregated data on women and vulnerable populations.

Required profile

• Experience in monitoring, evaluation and results‑based management for development programmes, preferably in rule‑of‑law or justice sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple institutional partners and to provide evidence‑based advice for adaptive management.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of M&E frameworks, indicator development and results measurement.
• Proficiency in data‑management, quality assurance and data visualisation techniques.
