Amazon & Marketplace Specialist

About the role

A skilled and detail-oriented Amazon & Marketplace Specialist is sought to manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and eBay. The role covers listing optimization, advertising and performance analysis to drive sales growth and keep accounts healthy. It is a full-time, onsite position in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and eBay seller accounts.
• Create, optimize and maintain product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords).
• Research keywords and apply SEO best practices for each marketplace.
• Plan, run and optimize PPC campaigns such as Amazon Ads and Walmart Ads.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics and compliance with marketplace policies.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasts and replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds and customer queries.
• Analyze sales, traffic and conversion data to find growth opportunities.
• Track competitors, pricing trends and marketplace updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and operations teams to improve product visibility and sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist / Marketplace Manager or similar role.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, Walmart Seller Center and eBay Seller Hub.
• Listing optimization, A+ content and storefront management (Amazon).
• PPC advertising and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or SellerApp.
• Preferred: international marketplaces, FBA/FBM/WFS fulfillment, pricing and inventory software, brand registry and listing suppression recovery.
