Country Sales Head

About the role

Hammé, the health and beauty brand of ANFAA Health and Beauty, is looking for a full-time Country Sales Head based in Gujranwala. The role is hybrid, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities, and covers setting and executing national sales strategies, driving revenue growth across all product categories and ensuring strong market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and distribution channels, monitor sales performance and analyze market trends
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports
• Lead and mentor the sales team, and coordinate with marketing and operations
• Ensure alignment with brand objectives and customer needs
• Make frequent field visits, build relationships with key partners and optimize sales processes

Required profile

• Proven experience driving growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing distributors, key retailers and strategic partners
• Experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams across regions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage
• Experience in FMCG, health and beauty or personal care is highly desirable
