About the role
As an Area Sales Manager you will lead sales activities across the Faisalabad territory, acting as the primary liaison for distributors and customers. You will ensure strong market presence, operational excellence, and alignment with Nestlé’s commercial and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute field sales plans aligned with channel and category priorities.
- Manage and develop distributors and customers, overseeing sales, inventory, order management and payments.
- Drive execution of Channel Category Plans at point‑of‑purchase to ensure product availability, visibility and growth.
- Provide accurate market insights, demand forecasts, competitor activity tracking and launch monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, trade terms, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coach, motivate and develop Nestlé sales force and distributor teams.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodology.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of field sales operations, distributor management and customer development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
