Associate – US Market Expert Network

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Associate to act as the primary liaison between IDR and its US‑based clients. You will ensure smooth project delivery, expert engagement, and high client satisfaction while collaborating with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and align project goals with deliverables and timelines.
• Identify, recruit, and screen subject‑matter experts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, search engines, and industry databases.
• Engage experts, confirm suitability, and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations, maintaining accurate calendars and communications.
• Submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval.
• Maintain detailed records of experts, payments, and compliance documentation.
• Address expert queries regarding onboarding, payments, and project processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and information‑security standards throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in management sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the expert‑network or client‑service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing client needs.

• Full‑time permanent position with standard working hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, Monday‑Friday).
