BI & Data Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analytics professional to join our Compliance Analytics team. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data‑driven solutions that support compliance, improve processes, and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Lead Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery of analytics initiatives, from requirements gathering to post‑implementation support.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models using dbt and Microsoft Fabric semantic models.
• Create and enhance interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI and Tableau.
• Write efficient SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Conduct analytical investigations to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Promote data quality and support data governance processes.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex querying and optimization.
• Strong Python programming abilities for automation and advanced analytics.
• Proven experience developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience designing and maintaining data models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
