Business Development Executive / SDR - Healthcare Billing

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for clinics and healthcare facilities, handling billing, compliance and collections so they can focus on patient care. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative in Lahore with about 1 year of experience. The role identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, generates leads through calls, emails and digital channels, and builds a strong sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs in the healthcare and RCM space
• Present Keystone Medics' services and schedule and support client meetings or demos
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Support account management activities to drive long-term client relationships and revenue growth

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development or SDR roles, preferably in healthcare, IT or B2B services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required skills
