About the role

Neolux Smart is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to lead its Corporate & B2B Sales Division. The role focuses on building strong corporate networks, generating high‑value leads, and driving commercial growth across the industrial and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the company’s corporate and B2B client network.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert high‑value corporate and commercial leads.
  • Build long‑term relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Lead corporate sales and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve revenue and business‑growth targets.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development.
  • Strong ability to build industrial and corporate relationships.
  • Understanding of home automation, smart solutions, technology, construction, architectural and real‑estate industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
