Business Development Manager – HR Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our HR consultancy division. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients and expanding our portfolio of HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across corporate sectors.
• Promote a range of HR services including recruitment, payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing, executive search, staffing, and manpower solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience within HR services or a third‑party HR consultancy/recruitment agency.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑management abilities.
• Strong corporate networking skills and a results‑driven mindset.
