Business Development Executive – IT Staff Augmentation (US Market)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive our US market sales from our Lahore office. You will focus on generating leads and building relationships with companies hiring network, voice, telecom, and IT professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
• Identify companies hiring network, voice, telecom, and IT professionals.
• Engage hiring managers, recruiters, and decision‑makers.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and Lumensoft leadership.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow‑ups.
• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Support marketing and broader business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, recruitment, or business development.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building.
• Strong internet research and organizational abilities.
• Experience with US clients, IT staffing, or technology services is a plus.
