Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Haleon is seeking a driven Sales Operations Manager to champion operational excellence across its sales organisation. The role will equip sales teams with the right tools, processes and insights to sustain growth and deliver better everyday health.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning cycles and develop forecasts with regional sales teams.
• Monitor demand‑supply alignment to minimise stock‑outs and overstocking.
• Design and manage sales dashboards covering primary & secondary sales, coverage and productivity.
• Track KPIs such as target achievement, territory performance and pipeline health, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Standardise sales processes across regions, manage CRM/SFA tools and drive adoption.
• Automate and digitise workflows to improve efficiency.
• Optimise territory alignment, analyse productivity metrics and support incentive scheme design.
• Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure execution of sales plans and monitor stock availability.
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align demand planning, promotions and launches.
• Analyse sales trends, channel performance and customer behaviour, delivering recommendations to improve revenue and margin.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain data accuracy and reporting discipline.
