About the role
AdamIS Tech is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales across design, branding and software development services. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build long‑term partnerships that directly impact revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and nurture leads throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, product demos and negotiate contracts with mid‑market and enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage complex sales cycles and ensure successful post‑sales account management.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and produce regular forecasts and performance reports.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise software, technology, design or digital services.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation and revenue growth.
- Native‑level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficiency using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo.
