Sales Engineer – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Pakistan. The role is remote, allowing you to work from any location in the country while representing Doka’s innovative formwork and scaffolding solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare tailored proposals for the Pakistani market.
- Develop both new and existing accounts to expand sales opportunities.
- Present, promote and sell Doka products and services using clear, well‑supported arguments.
- Conduct needs analysis and deliver value‑based solutions to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach, including site and head‑office visits.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of key decision‑makers and influencers for each customer.
- Expedite resolution of customer issues and manage credit interactions to ensure timely payment.
- Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and collaborate on plans, budgets and forecasts.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities and opportunities for new products.
Required profile
- Qualified and proactive team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Self‑motivated individual who thinks ahead and creates real value.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems and accurate record‑keeping.
- Knowledge of construction, formwork and scaffolding products is advantageous.
