About the role

CodeSwift is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth of its SaaS, AI, and web development services. You will identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads, and work closely with the delivery team to turn prospects into revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CodeSwift’s product and service portfolio.
  • Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting CTOs, founders, product managers, and other decision‑makers.
  • Build and enrich prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, Hunter.io, Lusha, or similar.
  • Manage outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Expandi, Lemlist, or comparable platforms).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and hand off warm prospects to the closing stage.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot, Notion, or similar) and track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Represent CodeSwift professionally in all client‑facing communications.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach (organic or via Sales Navigator).
  • Familiarity with at least one outreach or automation tool (Lemlist, Expandi, Apollo, Instantly, etc.).
  • Strong written English and ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of software services such as web development, SaaS, mobile apps, or AI.

What we offer

  • Base salary of PKR 80,000 per month.
  • Uncapped commission of 10 % of each contract value.
