About the role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on B2B outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting with international clients, supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to businesses.
- Engage prospects, identify their needs, and qualify leads.
- Perform basic discovery conversations and schedule meetings.
- Hand over warm leads to senior sales closers.
- Maintain consistent follow‑ups and keep the pipeline active.
- Update the CRM with accurate notes and activity records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and outreach performance.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in telesales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Prior experience in a call centre or international calling environment.
- Fluent English with clear, confident speaking style.
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and rejection.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and target‑driven.
- Ability to work independently while meeting daily goals.
