About the role
The Business Development Specialist will drive growth for Pak-Qatar Group by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence within the Islamic finance sector. This full‑time, on‑site position in Karachi offers a strategic role focused on lead generation, market research, and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
- Promote Pak‑Qatar’s Shariah‑compliant products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and market research.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting market trends and designing strategies.
- Experience in financial services or familiarity with Islamic finance is a plus.
