About the role
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Closer to join our USA & Canada campaign in Lahore. The role operates on a night shift (Monday‑Saturday, 8 PM‑5 AM) and focuses on converting inbound interest into successful sales through outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Engage professionally with potential customers via outbound calls.
- Present products and services while handling inquiries effectively.
- Maintain company quality standards and policies during each interaction.
- Build trust and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1‑2 years of experience in a call‑center sales or closing role.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
