Zameen.com, Pakistan's leading online real‑estate portal, is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join its Project Sales team. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property options and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match them with relevant property units.
• Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and drive timely deal closures.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with clients to capture evolving needs.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales with a customer‑service mindset.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
