Call Center Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Specialist to join Zameen.com’s sales team. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for prospective property buyers, guiding them through our listings and helping close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and capture client requirements for property purchases.
• Provide detailed briefings on relevant property units.
• Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits.
• Follow up with clients to address changing needs and ensure timely deal closure.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Strong communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
