Carrier Relations Representative

About the role

The Carrier Relations Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring reliable freight movement for Sage Freight. You will secure carrier capacity, negotiate competitive rates, and maintain strong relationships with carriers to support seamless logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source carriers and ensure timely shipment coverage.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term carrier relationships.
• Negotiate rates and optimise cost while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor market trends and stay active on load boards.
• Vet carriers and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Proactively resolve in‑transit issues and communicate updates effectively.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or carrier sales preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Divine Gardens office in Lahore.
