Store Officer

About the role

Accurate Pvt, Ltd, a digital meters manufacturing firm, is looking for a dedicated Store Officer to manage on‑site store and warehouse operations at its Sundar Estates facility. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth material flow, accurate inventory records, and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations.
• Issue production materials through the SIN system and maintain ERP inventory records.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations teams for material handling.
• Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor loaders and store staff, handling official emails related to store functions.
• Support internal audits, stock verification, and monthly inventory audits.
• Prepare, verify, and archive supplier invoices against purchase orders and GRNs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5‑6 years of progressive experience in inventory control or store management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and maintain accurate records.
