Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Strategic Leadership

About the role

Anchor Development Group seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer the organization’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and long‑term value creation. Reporting directly to the Group Chairman, the CEO will be accountable for corporate strategy, business expansion, governance, and stakeholder engagement across a diversified portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s long‑term strategic vision in partnership with the Chairman.
• Lead business expansion initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, new investments, and strategic alliances.
• Oversee all operational, financial, commercial, and administrative functions to achieve profit targets.
• Implement best‑in‑class corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to the Board.
• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, regulators, investors, and industry partners.
• Represent the Group at high‑level conferences, negotiations, and public forums.
• Guide planning, budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 30 years of senior leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Group Head, or senior government/defense officer.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale organizations (≈5,000 employees) and driving innovation.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong strategic foresight, decision‑making ability, and stakeholder management skills.
