About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Assistant Project Manager to support our translation and interpretation services at our Islamabad office. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own project requirements and manage delivery from initiation to completion.
- Monitor and control project budgets and P&L.
- Attend and lead client meetings to define project scope and expectations.
- Propose ideas and action plans to improve client handling strategies.
- Chair site meetings, record minutes and distribute them to all team members.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid impact on deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, translators and internal teams.
- Ensure high‑quality translated materials are produced within strict deadlines.
- Develop strong relationships with freelancers, clients and internal staff.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
- MBA from a top business school is preferred.
- Professional project‑management certification is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask across several projects.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective decision‑making and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
