China Sourcing & Procurement Trainee

About the role

Tilco Technology Lab is expanding its eCommerce operations and seeks a motivated China Sourcing & Procurement Trainee. This on‑site position in Lahore offers fresh graduates hands‑on experience with international supplier communication, product research, and procurement workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sourcing team in identifying reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
• Research products and suppliers using Alibaba and other online platforms.
• Collect quotations, catalogs, and supplier information.
• Maintain and update sourcing sheets, supplier databases, and records.
• Support communication with suppliers regarding product details and samples.
• Coordinate sample requests and follow‑up processes.
• Compare pricing, MOQ, and supplier terms.
• Monitor supplier responses and keep organized follow‑up records.
• Learn negotiation and procurement management under supervision.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or beginner with a strong learning attitude.
• Good communication and internet research skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Responsible, organized, and positive mindset.
• Interest in eCommerce, procurement, or international business.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
