About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on promoting and selling property units, guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring successful closures.

Key responsibilities

Understand client requirements and provide thorough briefings on relevant property units.
Conduct product demonstrations, arrange site visits, and drive timely deal closures.
Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
Passionate about sales with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
At least 1 year of sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
