Client Services Representative

About the role

MH Engineering Services, a civil engineering company focused on infrastructure projects for roads, bridges and pavements in Punjab, is hiring a Client Services Representative. The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Lahore with the option of some work from home, and acts as the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving project-related issues promptly.
• Manage client communications and coordinate with internal project and finance teams.
• Prepare and update client reports and track service requests.
• Monitor client satisfaction, follow up on feedback and support service improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• A bachelor's degree in business, management, communications or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in client-facing or support roles; experience in engineering or construction is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Lahore and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer satisfaction skills, including handling feedback, resolving concerns and ensuring a positive client experience.
